Grace and Lace came to us with a unique challenge and needed it within just 3 days, what made it even better, we were going into a weekend when the request came in :) . They needed a custom wholesale solution built into Big Commerce that would control the specific products and quantities a particular customer group were required to purchase before being allowed to checkout. The dev team brainstormed for about an hour and then we got straight to work... By writing a custom script that utilized the Big Commerce API we were able to check customer group assignments of logged in customers against the JavaScript logic we wrote into the store that dictated what criteria the logged in customer needs to meet before being allowed to checkout. Glad we were able to help and get the job delivered on schedule!
